Point of sale in TallyPrime Point of sale in TallyPrime पोस्ट में हम जानेंगे कि Point of sale (POS) क्या है। Point of sale के advantages क्या हैं, POS invoice को टैली प्राइम में रिकॉर्ड कैसे करते हैं और payment के multiple mode में POS invoice को कैसे रिकॉर्ड करते हैं। Point of sale एक बिलिंग प्रक्रिया है। रिटेल शॉप में use होने वाले अलग अलग POS है जैसे cash register, card reader, bar-code scanner etc. POS invoice को single या multiple payment modes में रिकॉर्ड किया जा सकता है। टैली प्राइम में POS को प्रिन्ट कर सकते हैं। रिपोर्ट में POS के लेनदेन की list देख सकते हैं। टैली प्राइम में configure में POS को activate करना होता है। Point of sale के advantage - Sale को calculate करने में मदद मिलती है। Cash को manage करने में मदद मिलती है। Inventory को manage करने में मदद मिलती है। Bar-code scan करने में मदद मिलती है। Inventory और sales database की query को लचीला और सरल तरीका प्रदान करने में मदद मिलती है। Product movement को track करने में मदद मिलती है। Sale date और time को track करने और rec

Interest Calculation in Tally  Interest Calculation in tally.erp9 in Hindi post में हम interest calculation tally.erp9 में कैसे करते हैं देखेंगे। Tally हमें एक खास सुविधा प्रदान करता है जिससे हम interest की calculation कर सकते हैं। वह interest जो हमे या तो किसी से लेना है या फिर देना है। Tally.erp9 में interest calculation करने के लिए company features में interest calculation को activate करना होता है। Activate interest calculation - Gateway of tally में F11 (company features) press करेंगे। यहाँ accounting features select करके enter करेंगे। Accounting features window open होगी। Outstanding management में Activate Interest Calculation - YES CTRL +A press करके save करेंगे। किसी भी party के outstanding amount पर interest calculation के लिए party के ledger में interest rate और calculation style को configure करना होता है। Interest calculation in tally.erp9 देखने के लिए एक example लेते हैं। Example - ABC & co. को 2 Dell laptop 30000/- each laptop sale किये। Payment के लिए 30 दिन का time

Journal Voucher, Debit & Credit Note in Tally Journal voucher, Debit & Credit Note in tally.erp9 in Hindi post में हम journal voucher में entry कब और कैसे करते हैं और debit & credit note कब और कैसे बनाते हैं बताया गया है। अभी तक हमने कई तरह voucher के जैसे contra, payment, receipt, purchase & sales voucher में entry करना देखा। इस  post में हम  journal voucher, debit & credit note की entry देखेंगे। Journal voucher - दो accounts के बीच amount को adjust करने के लिए journal voucher का उपयोग किया जाता है। जो entry किसी voucher में न जाये उसको हम journal voucher में करते हैं। journal voucher में Tax, TDS calculation भी की जाती है। Journal voucher की shortcut के F7 है। Tally.erp9 में accounting vouchers में entry करने के लिए जरुरी documents की आवश्यकता होती है। जैसे - Purchase के लिए Purchase bill, Sale के लिए Sale bill.
