Point of sale in TallyPrime पोस्ट में हम जानेंगे कि Point of sale (POS) क्या है। Point of sale के advantages क्या हैं, POS invoice को टैली प्राइम में रिकॉर्ड कैसे करते हैं और payment के multiple mode में POS invoice को कैसे रिकॉर्ड करते हैं।

Point of sale एक बिलिंग प्रक्रिया है। रिटेल शॉप में use होने वाले अलग अलग POS है जैसे cash register, card reader, bar-code scanner etc. POS invoice को single या multiple payment modes में रिकॉर्ड किया जा सकता है। टैली प्राइम में POS को प्रिन्ट कर सकते हैं। रिपोर्ट में POS के लेनदेन की list देख सकते हैं। टैली प्राइम में configure में POS को activate करना होता है।

Point of sale के advantage -

1. Sale को calculate करने में मदद मिलती है।
2. Cash को manage करने में मदद मिलती है।
3. Inventory को manage करने में मदद मिलती है।
4. Bar-code scan करने में मदद मिलती है।
5. Inventory और sales database की query को लचीला और सरल तरीका प्रदान करने में मदद मिलती है।
6. Product movement को track करने में मदद मिलती है।
7. Sale date और time को track करने और record करने में मदद मिलती है।
8. Payment के multiple mode को single invoice में show करने में मदद मिलती है।

TallyPrime में POS voucher type create करना -

टैली प्राइम में POS transaction को रिकॉर्ड करने के लिये POS invoice बनाया जाता है। POS invoice बनाने के लिये टैली प्राइम में voucher type बनाना होता है।

POS voucher type बनाने के steps -

• Gateway of Tally
• Create (press enter)
• Voucher type (press enter)
• Voucher type creation window open होगी।

GoTo - GoTo का भी use कर सकते हैं - press GoTo या Alt+G shortcut key press करेंगे > create master select करके enter press करेंगे > voucher type select करके enter press करेंगे। voucher type creation window open होगी।

• Name - POS invoice
• Select type of voucher - sales
• Abbreviation - sales
• Active this voucher type - YES
• Method of voucher numbering - automatic
• Use for POS invoice - YES
• Message to print (1) - Thank You
• Message to print (2) - visit again
• Default title to print - POS invoice

Enter करते हुए या Ctrl+A shortcut key से save करेंगे। इस प्रकार टैली प्राइम में POS voucher type create हो जायेगा।

POS invoice entry with a single mode of payment -

• Gateway of Tally
• Vouchers
• Press F8
• Select POS invoice

GoTo - GoTo का भी use कर सकते हैं - press GoTo या Alt+G shortcut key press करेंगे > create voucher > press F8 > select POS invoice

• Accounting voucher creation window में POS invoice open होगा।
• Party a/c name - अगर party का नाम नहीं मालूम है तो not applicable select करेंगे। Party का नाम मालूम है तो party का नाम select करेंगे।
• Sales ledger - sales
• Name of item - stock item select करेंगे।
• Quantity - यहाँ automatic 1 आयेगा। अगर quantity change करनी है तो backspace press करेंगे और quantity change करेंगे।
• Rate - stock item में जो rate है वह यहाँ automatic आयेगी।
• Rate पर enter करने पर amount आ जायेगा। Amount के बाद enter press करेंगे।
• Mode of payment में by default cash आयेगा। Enter press करेंगे।
• Cash tendered - client से जो payment मिला वह यहाँ fill करने के बाद enter press करेंगे।
• Balance - balance show होगा।

• Enter करते हुए या Ctrl+A shortcut key से save करेंगे।
• Print window open होगी।
• Preview पर click करेंगे। POS invoice का print preview show होगा।

• POS invoice print करना है तो print करेंगे नहीं तो esc key press करते हुए screen से बाहर आयेंगे।

इस तरह से टैली प्राइम में single mode / cash mode में POS invoice बना सकते हैं।

POS invoice entry with multiple modes of payment -

टैली प्राइम में multiple modes option तब काम में लिया जाता है जब client cash payment के साथ ही credit card, cheque और gift voucher से भी payment करता है। Multiple modes में चार तरह से payment होते हैं -

1. Gift voucher
2. Credit/debit card
3. Cheque
4. Cash

Client के पास अगर पहले से कोई Gift voucher है और वह इस bill के payment में उसका use करना चाहता है तो Gift voucher से payment receive करने के लिये हमें टैली प्राइम में Gift voucher का ledger बनाना होगा।

टैली प्राइम में Ledger कैसे बनाये जाते हैं यह देखने के लिये यह पोस्ट देखें -

Gift voucher का ledger sundry debtors group के under बनायेंगे।

POS invoice में इन चार options से payment लेने के लिये POS voucher class बनानी होगी।

POS voucher class बनाने के steps -

• Gateway of tally
• Create (press enter)
• Voucher type (press enter)
• Voucher type creation window open होगी।

GoTo - GoTo का भी use कर सकते हैं - press GoTo या Alt+G shortcut key press करेंगे > create master select करके enter press करेंगे > voucher type select करके enter press करेंगे। voucher type creation window open होगी।

• Name - Point of sales
• Select type of voucher - sales
• Abbreviation - sales
• Active this voucher type - YES
• Method of voucher numbering - automatic
• Use for POS invoice - YES
• Message to print (1) - Thank You
• Message to print (2) - visit again
• Default title to print - Point of sales
• Set/alter declaration - YES
• Declaration window open होगी। यहाँ already एक message होता है। अगर change करना है तो कर सकते हैं, नहीं तो ऐसा ही रहने देंगे।

• Name of class - POS (press entr)
• Class: POS window open होगी। यहाँ detail fill करेंगे।
• Gift voucher - enable (yes) ledger name (gift voucher)
• Credit/debit card payment - enable (yes) ledger name (select bank name)
• Cheque/DD - enable (yes) ledger name (select bank name)
• Cash - enable (yes) ledger name (cash)
• Ledger name - sales@12% (GST के लिये जो sale ledger बनाया है वह select करेंगे।)
• Set/alter tax class - yes

Enter करने के बाद tax classification detail window open होगी।

• Tax type - GST
• Classification - sales taxable (press enter)
• Enter करते हुए tax/other charges option में आयेंगे।
• Ledger name - CGST
• Type of calculation - GST
• Ledger name - SGST
• Type of calculation - GST
• Remove if zero - YES

Enter करते हुए save करेंगे। इस तरह से POS voucher class बन जायेगी।

Entry with voucher class -

• Gateway of Tally
• Vouchers (press enter)
• Press F8
• List open होगी। Point of sales select करेंगे क्योंकि point of sales में हमने voucher class बनाई है।

• Enter करने के बाद window में class select करेंगे।
• POS select करके enter press करेंगे।

GoTo - GoTo का भी use कर सकते हैं - press GoTo या Alt+G shortcut key press करेंगे > create voucher > press F8 > select point of sales > class-POS select करके enter press करेंगे।

• Accounting voucher creation window में Point of sales invoice open होगा। Voucher class - POS show होगा।
• Party a/c name - अगर party का नाम नहीं मालूम है तो not applicable select करेंगे। Party का नाम मालूम है तो party का नाम select करेंगे।
• Name of item - stock item select करेंगे। 
• Quantity - यहाँ automatic 1 आयेगा। अगर quantity change करनी है तो backspace press करेंगे और quantity change करेंगे।
• Rate - stock item में जो rate है वह यहाँ automatic आयेगी।
• Rate पर enter करने पर amount आ जायेगा। Amount के बाद enter press करेंगे।
• CGST और SGST automatic आ जायेगा। इसके बाद payment के सभी options show होंगे।
• Gift voucher - 250/-
• Credit/debit card - 150/- card no. - card no fill करेंगे।
• Cheque - 300/- bank name - जिस bank का cheque मिला है उस bank का नाम लिखेंगे। Cheque no - cheque का no लिखेंगे।
• Cash - 84/- cash tendered - 100/- client से जो cash मिला वह लिखेंगे।
• Enter करने पर balance show होगा।

• Enter करते हुए या Ctrl+A shortcut key से save करेंगे।
• Print window open होगी।
• Preview पर click करेंगे। POS invoice का print preview show होगा।

• POS invoice print करना है तो print करेंगे नहीं तो esc key press करते हुए screen से बाहर आयेंगे।

इस तरह से टैली प्राइम में multiple modes of payment का voucher class से point of sales invoice बना सकते हैं।
