 How to create stock groups in tally.erp9 post में stock groups कैसे बनाते हैं बताया गया है।

 Create Stock Groups in tally.erp9 :- Accounting master में जैसे groups बनाये जाते हैं उसी प्रकार से inventory में stock groups बनाये जाते हैं।

 Examples:- Company mobile sale करती है तो:- inventory में stock group - mobile under primary बनेगा।
जिस company के mobile हैं वह sub groups होंगे।
Samsung mobile - under mobile बनेगा
Vivo mobile - under mobile बनेगा

 How to create stock groups in tally.erp9:- Gateway of Tally में masters में inventory info पर enter करेंगे - stock groups पर enter करेंगे - single stock group में create पर enter करेंगे।

 Name - mobile
Under - primary
should quantities of item be added - YES

Create sub groups :- sub groups दो तरह से बना सकते हैं।
  1. Single stock group
  2. Multiple stock group
Single stock group:- Gateway of tally - inventory info (enter) stock groups (enter) single stock group - create (enter)
Creation window open होगी।

Name - Samsung mobile
Under - mobile
Should quantities of item be added - YES

Multiple stock group:- Gateway of tally window - inventory info - stock groups - multiple stock group - create (enter करेंगे)

Name of stock group - Samsung mobile लिखकर enter करेंगे।
Under mobile अपने आप आ जायेगा क्योंकि top में हमने under group mobile select किया है।
Should quantities of item be added - YES enter करेंगे।

vivo mobile लिखकर enter करेंगे।

How to Create, Display & Alter Group in Tally.ERP9 in Hindi post में बताया है की tally.erp9 में ग्रुप कैसे क्रिएट करते हैं। बने हुए ग्रुप को देखने के लिए display ऑप्शन का use करना बताया है। ग्रुप में कुछ changes करने है तो alter ऑप्शन का use करके changes कर सकते हैं यह भी बताया है। एक ही nature के खातों (ledgers) के संग्रह को Group कहते हैं। Tally software में पहले से ही 28 groups होते हैं। इनमें से 15 groups primary groups और 13 groups sub - groups होते हैं। Sub - Groups वह होते हैं जो primary groups के under बनते हैं। जैसे:- Current  Assets primary group है। Current Assets के under जो group बनते हैं उसको sub group कहते हैं। Current Assets के under बनने वाले sub-groups:- 1.
