Stock Group, Category & Item in tally.erp9 post में stock group, category और item create कैसे करते हैं बताया है।
एक example लेकर stock group, category item create करते हैं जिससे तीनों में difference समझ आ जायेगा।
Example :- एक company different brands के TVs, Fan और Mobile sale करती है। एक chart से समझते हैं।
(Main Group) Electric & Electronic Item
(Sub Group) TV Fan Mobile
(Sub Group) Sony Bajaj Samsung
(Sub Group) LG Usha Vivo
(Category) 32" 15" Samsung galaxy S20 / S10
(Category) 36" 18" Vivo V9 / V11
(Item) 32" Sony TV - 32" LG TV - 36" Sony TV - 36" LG TV
(Item) 15" Bajaj Fan - 15" Usha Fan - 18" Bajaj Fan - 18" Usha Fan
(Item) Samsung Galaxy S10 - Samsung Galaxy S20 - Vivo V9 - Vivo V11
How to create stock group, category & item topic में आगे बढ़ने से पहले tally.erp9 में category option को active करना है।
उसके लिए Gateway of tally में F11 key press करेंगे या F11 features पर clickकरेंगे।
Inventory features par enter करेंगे या F2 keypress करेंगे।
Maintain stock categories - YES enter करेंगे। Ctrl + A से save करेंगे।
Create Units of Measure:-
Gateway of Tally में Inventory Info enter करेंगे Units of Measure enter करेंगे फिर Create पर enter करेंगे।
Unit creation window open होगी।
Symbol - pcs
Formal name - pieces
Number of decimal places - 0
Enter करके save करेंगे।
Create Stock Group:-
सबसे पहले main group बनायेंगे।
Name - Electric & Electronic Item
Under - Primary
should quantities of item be added - YES
Enter करके save करेंगे।
अब sub group - TV - Fan - Mobile बनायेंगे।
Name - TV
Under - Electric & Electronic Item
should quantities of item be added - YES
Enter करके save करेंगे।
Name - Fan
Under - Electric & Electronic Item
should quantities of item be added - YES
Enter करके save करेंगे।
Name - Mobile
Under - Electric & Electronic Item
should quantities of item be added - YES
Enter करके save करेंगे।
Sub Group TV के under Sony और LG sub group बनायेंगे।
Name - Sony
Under - TV
should quantities of item be added - YES
Enter करके save करेंगे।
Name - LG
Under - TV
should quantities of item be added - YES
Enter करके save करेंगे।
Sub Group Fan के under Bajaj और Usha sub group बनायेंगे।
Name - Bajaj
Under - Fan
should quantities of item be added - YES
Enter करके save करेंगे।
Name - Usha
Under - Fan
should quantities of item be added - YES
Enter करके save करेंगे।
Sub Group Mobile के under Samsung और Vivo sub group बनायेंगे।
Name - Samsung
Under - Mobile
should quantities of item be added - YES
Enter करके save करेंगे।
Name - Vivo
Under - Mobile
should quantities of item be added - YES
Enter करके save करेंगे।
How to create Stock Category:-
Stock category बनाने के लिए Gateway of Tally window में Inventory Info (enter ) - Stock Categories enter करेंगे।
window open होगी उसमें दो option होंगे :-
- Single stock category
- Multiple stock categories
Single stock category:-
Name - 30"
Under - Primary
Enter करके save करेंगे।
Multiple stock categories:-
Enter करने पर multi stock category window open होगी।
Under category - all item select करेंगे।
Name of category - 32" enter करेंगे primary enter करेंगे।
जो भी categories हैं उनके name लिखकर under primary enter करते जाएंगे।
save करने के लिए Ctrl + A press करेंगे।
How to create stock item:-
Stock item बनाने के लिए Gateway of Tally - Inventory Info - Stock Items enter करेंगे।
window open होगी उसमें दो option होंगे :-
- Single stock item
- Multiple stock item
Single stock item:-
Name - 30" Sony TV
Under - Sony
Category - 30"
Units - pcs
Enter करके save करेंगे।
Multiple stock items:-
Multi stock item creation window open होगी।
Under group - all item select करेंगे।
Name of item - 15" Usha Fan
Under - Usha select करेंगे।
Category - 15" select करेंगे।
Units - pcs select करेंगे।
ऐसे ही दूसरे item add करेंगे।
Enter करके save करेंगे।
इस प्रकार से inventory में stock group, category & item create करेंगे।
