Opening Balance in Tally
Opening balance in tally.erp9 in Hindi post में हम tally.erp9 में new company create करने के बाद ledgers create करते हुए opening balance कैसे fill करते हैं यह देखेंगे। जब भी हम किसी company के new year की accounting start करते हैं तो हमे opening balances की जरुरत होती है।
Opening balance fill करने के लिए हमें company के last year की Balance Sheet, Trading and Profit & Loss a/c और Trial Balance की जरुरत होती है। Opening balance in tally.erp9 देखने के लिए एक example लेते हैं।
Example - Opening balance in tally.erp9 in Hindi post में हम एक ऐसी company का example ले रहे हैं जिसमें कि पहले manual accounting होती थी। अब tally.erp9 में new company create करके ledgers में opening balance fill करेंगे।
Company name - XYZ Ent.
Capital - 200000/-, Bank - 65000/-, Furniture - 8500/-, Building - 34000/-, Car - 60000/-, Opening Stock - 42000/-, (LG TV 15 inch - 2pcs - 5000/- per pcs and LG TV 20 inch - 4pcs - 8000/- per pcs), Office Exp. - 7500/-, Freight Exp ( As Direct Exp.) - 2500/-
Loan from Ram - 10000/-, Bad debts - 500/-, Drawing - 15000/-, Sale - 105000/-, Purchase - 65000/-,
Gross Profit - 37500/-, Net Profit - 29500/-
Balance Sheet Total - 224500/-
सबसे पहले company create करेंगे। Tally.erp9 में company कैसे create करते हैं यह detail देखने के लिए नीचे दिए गए link पर click करें।

Company create करने के लिए -
Gateway of tally > ALT + F3 > create company पर enter करेंगे। company creation window open होगी। Detail fill करेंगे। यहाँ हम 1.4.2020 से company के accounts tally.erp9 में start कर रहे हैं तो company create करते समय financial year begins from और books beginning from में date 1.4.2019 fill करेंगे।
Accept करके save करेंगे।
Create Ledgers - company create करने के बाद ledgers create करेंगे। Tally.erp9 में ledgers कैसे create करते हैं यह देखने के लिए नीचे दिये गए link पर click करें।

Ledgers create करने के लिये -
Gateway of tally > accounts Info > Ledgers enter करेंगे। Ledgers create करने के दो options हैं -single ledger / multiple ledgers. यहाँ हम multiple ledgers create करेंगे। इसके लिए multiple ledgers में create पर enter करेंगे। multi ledger creation window open होगी।
Under group - all items
Name of ledger / under / opening balance / Dr or Cr select करेंगे।
Accept करके save करेंगे।
Opening stock - opening stock fill करने के लिए हमें group और items create करने होंगे। Stock group कैसे create करते हैं यह देखने के लिये नीचे दिये गए link पर click करें।
How to Create Stock Groups in Tally.ERP9 in Hindi
Stock group create करने के steps-
Gateway of tally > Inventory Info > Stock Groups > Create
Stock group creation window open होगी। LG TV sale purchase का business है। इसलिए LG TV name से group create करेंगे।
Accept करके save करेंगे।
Stock items - Stock items create करने के steps-
Gateway of tally > Inventory Info > Stock Items > Create
Stock item creation window open होगी। LG TV 15 inch और LG TV 20 inch item create करेंगे।
Stock Unit - Stock items create करते हुए unit create करने के लिए unit option में ALT + C press करेंगे तो unit creation window open होगी यहाँ detail fill करेंगे।
Enter करते हुए stock creation window में आएंगे Opening balance fill करने के बाद accept करके save करेंगे।
Display Profit & Loss a/c -
Gateway of tally > Profit & Loss a/c
Detail के लिए ALT + F1 press करेंगे।
Display Balance Sheet -
Gateway of tally > Balance Sheet
Detail के लिए ALT + F1 press करेंगे।
